I have decided I need to set my goals for 2009 in order to make it the best cycling year. Going into spring I want to be ready and not waste my outdoor time getting ready.
So here goes-
1. Attend spin class 3 times a week-Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.
2. On the off days from spin class, go on my trainer or do core strength training.
3. Drop 25 pounds.
4. Take part in a Century Ride this summer.
5. Improve my eating habits.
So how am I going to obtain these goals? My next posts will describe how I am going to reach these 5 goals. Why don't you join me and set your goals?
